Anna Plotnikova is a certified real estate broker with the international company RE/MAX (USA) and was a co‑founder and founder of the company’s real estate agency in Odessa (Ukraine).

A native of Kazakhstan, Anna lived for more than fifteen years in Odessa, Ukraine, and currently operates in Italy, France and Switzerland. Thanks to extensive experience with different cultures and international professional background, she quickly understands the mentalities and cultural specifics of various people, which helps her clients promptly identify the most suitable town, region and country for purchasing property, taking into account client's desires and cultural needs.

Anna speaks Russian, Italian, English and Ukrainian.

She has experience across different real estate segments, from mid-market residential properties to premium luxury assets to the commercial sector. Anna has a complete understanding of the process from initial inquiry to acquisition of any property for buyer clients. She possesses strong communication skills, the ability to source complex information, and expertise in negotiating transactions till closing.

Anna has solid knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, promotion and buyer sourcing, all essential when working with property owners.

As a real estate professional, Anna understands the legal framework of property purchases and sales and guides her clients through all stages until transaction completion. With many years in the industry she has built an extensive client base, maintains an excellent reputation, and has contacts with top specialists in different countries required for a full transaction cycle: notaries, lawyers, tax consultants, architects and others. She provides comprehensive professional support to her clients.

Marco Enrico Zaccaria, a Swiss-born professional, is an accomplished leader with a wealth of experience in the real estate and finance sectors. With a solid educational background and fluency in French, Italian, English, and German, Marco possesses exceptional linguistic abilities that enable effective communication in international business environments.

Early in his career, Marco embarked on a successful journey at Duferco SA, a global player in steel and energy trading. Based in Lugano, Switzerland, he dedicated ten years to overseeing Duferco's logistic and shipping department, demonstrating exemplary leadership and contributing to the company's success.

Building upon his expertise, Marco founded Logservices SA in Lugano, Switzerland, where he has been instrumental in diversifying the company's activities across various sectors. Notably, Logservices Land has engaged in real estate and construction ventures, completing and selling a portfolio of 188 high value residential assets across Europe.

Continuing his entrepreneurial journey, Mr. Zaccaria assumed the role of Group CEO at Bluegreen Holdings, a Swiss financial investor specialising in supporting worldwide accommodation solutions to Oil & Gas and Energy majors. In 2014, he relocated to Dubai, where he established Gulfrica LLC, a consultancy firm focused on supporting investors seeking entry into real estate investments in the West and East Africa markets.

Marco has also held the position of Managing Director at Shoreline Group Holding in Monaco. He actively engaged in evaluating new investments and formulating strategic plans at the holding level. His extensive expertise and strategic insights have led to his serving on the board of several prominent organisations. He currently serves on the boards of DBN Energies Nigeria, DBN Energies Dubai, Ingegni Ltd in South Africa, Arkad SpA in Italy and The Bridge Clinic in London demonstrating his commitment to contributing his valuable knowledge and experience to the growth and development across sectors and in different regions.
